The NDK Group consulting team has extensive experience of conducting organisational diagnostic reviews. We provide an independent perspective on the drivers and resistors that help or hinder excellence in organisational performance. We are great believers in Townsend’s philosophy of ‘Asking the People’ and combine our own expertise with the latent knowledge and skills that exists within organisations.
